- The Fraternity & Co aims to initially bring together 12'000 Founding Fellows to redefine what the modern Gentlemen should be, through our fellow’s influences, experiences, knowledge, tastes and style.
- We are all aware of the general rules of being a Gentleman, which is usually ingrained in everyman growing up, and is kept, adapted, or forgotten according to one’s life path...
- The Fraternity & Co believe that these rules are a given and should be mentally ingrained in your psyche according to your sensibilities, culture or country you live in.
- As a fraternity of modern Gentleman, we are looking for fellows that get the basics and can help enlighten, keep, adapt, change and create new rules that promote the Gentleman from a caricature into a more tangible modern lifestyle.
- We don't want to be arguing about opening doors, it is a given, if people are not happy with you opening the door for them there’s obviously something in your awareness, attitude, or style that needs adjusting... Opening a door should come with no dramas nor rewards, and if you snared at for it, so be it...
But importantly be adaptable Gentlemen. Rules do change, from place to place, office, meetings, social environments, cultures to country. We are looking to create an algorithm that will not remain static but adapt to locations, cultures, growth and influence.
